first 16:9 format, broadcast digital television. Unique features
include the ability to install and integrate Windows CE applications
into the menuing system, and also allow other devices to use the
television for their on-screen displays.
- Designed user interface,
jack panels, and remote control as a senior member of the UI Design
Team and in collaboration with Philips Corporate Design (PCD),
Eindhoven, Netherlands.
- Created prototypes
and simulations. Validated design concepts and improved MG98 "puck"
navigation method for deep nested heirarchies.
- Designed user tests.
Performed user testing.
- Co-authored User Requirement
Specification (URS), User Interface Specification (UIS), and other
product development documentation.
- Worked with software
engineers to develop the interface engine.

development to complete functional specifications, (b) media production
to create all required media assets, and (c) product planning to
communicate the product's features and functions to marketing and
sales."
